NAVIGATION INSTRUCTIONS
The venetoimmigrazione.it database allows you to navigate through it by using the menu on the right side of the screen. For every function that is activated, there will appear a list of sections grouped in the following order: services/activities subheadings, courses/projects subheadings, businesses subheading, and association subheading. At the top of each grouping, you may choose the one you wish to view by clicking on the title that has the name of the group of subheadings. By clicking on the name, the whole section will open. Under each subheading, you will find the location (through the Google map). You may also find the link to the internet site and/or the web reference page. Let us now examine each function of the menu:
The SPECIAL SEARCHES are very useful and offer advice if you wish to find your way through the web of services.
- If you click on Information Headings , you will see the list of all the immigration headings in the Region and if you subsequently click on a territorial province, you will see the selection of services and information for that province. At the end of the list, you will always see the links to the house, school, and employment subheadings;
- If you click on Residence Permits , you will see the list of services/activities, courses/projects, businesses and association subheadings which deal with them.
The TERRITORIAL SEARCH AREAS allow you to locate the information specific to each province.
- If you click on a territorial area, e.g. on Belluno , the list of all the services/activities, courses/projects, businesses and associations that are active in the provincial area of Belluno will appear. If you subsequently click on one of the thematic areas of the following function, e.g. Employment , you will be able to view the selection of subheadings dealing with services/activities, courses/projects, businesses and associations that are active in the employment area of the territory of Belluno. In this case if you change the territorial area you must remember that you must also choose a new thematic area and it will appear with regard to the new province. You should also rather reset the search in order to make the new selection.
The THEMATIC SEARCH AREAS allow you to select the information by content.
- If you click on a thematic area, e.g. on Accommodation , you will be able to view all the subheadings of services/activities, courses/projects, businesses and associations that are active in the region by chosen theme. On the menu under the label accommodation there will also appear typologies to help you to refine the search. In this case the typologies are
- Welcome centres and structures
- Public residential buildings
- Other lodging solutions
- Projects, participations and tools for accommodation assistance
- Information headings HOUSE ( legislation and guidance)
- Other
- Not specified.
- If you click on one of the above typologies, e.g. welcome centres and structures, the selection of all the services/activities, courses/projects, businesses and associations subheadings that are active in the region of the typology welcome centres and structures chosen from the theme Accommodation will appear. For every thematic area there are typologies to refine the search. If you subsequently click on one of the territorial areas, e.g. Padua, the selection of the services/activities, courses/projects, businesses and associations subheadings that are active in the welcome centres chosen from the theme Accommodation for the provincial area of Padua will appear.
- If you specifically want to know the Businesses that operate with regard to a thematic area (e.g. Mediation) and its typologies (in this case: course training – university; course training – region; course training – other; mediation services; other – not specified…), you just need to move the cursor until you find the list of available businesses. Clicking on the businesses denominations, will make the relevant data appear: the businesses’ address, the contact person with the necessary details, and at the end, all the services/activities and courses/projects subheadings associated with that business.
- If instead you wish to know the Associations that operate with regard to a specific thematic area, you need to move the cursor until a list of the associations that are involved appears. It is possible to refine the search e.g. to The Foreigners’ Associations that are registered in the L.R. 9/90 register, as opposed to The Associations for foreigners, registered in the 1.R. 9/90 register. On consulting the thematic areas, at the end of each list of subheadings the link with the areas of participation of Social Integration will appear: by clicking on the link, one can reach the typology of this area and it is possible to complete the search by thematic areas that are already in progress. It is possible to access the list of Associations by clicking the thematic item Association and refine the search by choosing those that operate in the appropriate areas of participation listed. In whichever part of the open association subheading you find yourself, there will appear the data characterising the Association, its areas of intervention and the services/activities and courses/projects linked to it (divided in terms of those who have a manager and/or partner and those that are directly owned).
The ADVANCED SEARCH option allows you to do searches aimed beyond the territorial or thematic areas provided by the menu. In this case you must insert the word/s you are searching for and click on search: the list of subheadings found will appear or if the search finds no results the connection to the headings will appear in order for you to ask for possible information.
The function RESET SEARCH allows you to reset the preceding requests and redirect the new request/selection.
